Fall Semester
POJANGMACHA FESTIVAL
Inspired by the popular street-food carts in Korea, our Pojangmacha Festival event is easily one of our most popular! Fill your stomachs with popular Korean street foods such as tteokbokki (spicy rice cake), Korean fried chicken, kimbap, kimchi jeon and more. Not only do you get to enjoy delicious food, you're also able to enjoy performances by other Stony Brook students! Make sure you purchase your ticket for this event as soon as possible as we have sold out every year this event is held!

GALA
With a new theme every year, our Gala will remind you of your high school prom! This is our only semi-formal event and is the perfect excuse for you to dress up and escape the mundane college lifestyle to experience a night you will never forget! From an exquisite photo booth to delicious Korean food catering, there's no excuse why you shouldn't attend! Invite your friends to come along and dance the night away with KSA! 💃🕺

GAME NIGHT
Come join us for our last event of the semester in collaboration with the Taiwanese Students Association (TSA)! Celebrate the end of the semester by playing various games with our cabinet members. When you win a game, you gain a hole punched in your game card that you can use as points to win different items such as stickers, stuffed animals, snacks and more!

Spring Semester
BINGSOO FROM ME TO YOU
In collaboration with the Chinese Association at Stony Brook (CASB), Bingsoo From Me to You is an event where you get to create your own Patbingsoo, a widely popular Korean dessert that consists of shaved ice, chopped fruit, condensed milk, and any other sweet you can think of! Occurring around Valentine's Day, this event is the perfect way to ask your crush to spend some time with you! If you're a bit shy, don't worry! You can still bring a friend along to satiate that sweet tooth!
MR. K
Come see the finest men of Stony Brook at our annual gentlemen’s pageant. Our contestants come from all the different organizations on campus and show off their greatness through four events: the talent section, the themed walk, the formal walk and then a Q&A. The winner will be crowned Mr. K and will be given a grand prize!
K-NIGHT
Finally, our last event of the year - K-NIGHT! K-Night is our biggest event of the year. This event is a showcase/competition of all the talent that Stony Brook students have! With auditions held every year, we are always happy to serve as a platform for performers to express themselves whether it be through singing or dancing. And if you can’t audition, come support your peers by coming to the event itself! Get excited as we crown the Best Singing Performance and Best Dancing Performance and end the night by saying goodbye to and showing our gratefulness towards our graduating cabinet members!
GBMs
(General Body Meetings)
FIRST GBM
Welcome back to campus! This event is our first event of the academic year, usually taking place within the first week of September. Students are able to get to know more about what our club stands for and have the opportunity to meet our amazing cabinet members. It's an unforgettable night filled with icebreaker activities, giveaway prizes and more. If you're interested in joining our cabinet, this is the perfect event to attend as we announce our interview dates during the night. Don't miss out on your chance to join our family!

KIMBAP WORKSHOP
In this GBM, join KSA as we teach you how to make kimbap, a Korean take on sushi and a popular street food in Korea! While sushi uses raw fish, kimbap uses cooked or preserved foods such as grilled bulgogi (beef), canned tuna, omelette-style egg, and more. Enjoy this delicious snack while also playing games with other attendees!
