Sunbae/Hoobae Program
Sunbae (선배) is a term that refers to someone who has more experience than you in a work or school environment and Hoobae (후배) is a term that refers to someone with less experience. Our Sunbae/Hoobae program is similar to Big/Lil pairings and pairs one upperclassman with one underclassman.
Mentor/Mentee Fams
In our cabinet, we have 4 Mentor/Mentee Fams. In our fams, there are two mentors (one E-Board member paired with one upperclassman) and 3-4 mentees.
